IS 3D HERE TO STAY? Systems AV truly suspects that this time around it is. Yes, we've been here before - in the 70's and the 80's - those fragile and uncomfortable freebie 3D specs was never going to help establish 3D as the way forward to watching mainstream television. However, this time, the technology is so much more advanced and it is believed that as 3D isn't actually much more expensive to put into a TV, 3D is here to stay. It won't be too long before it will be easier to buy a TV with 3D than without, in the same way you will now struggle to find a new TV without HD. New TV's are set to be labelled not only with 3D but also with Full HD, internet enabled, 200HZ Motionflow and many other technological boasts.
SILVER SCREEN SENSATION As we become used to watching movies such as Avatar and Toy Story 3 on the big screen in 3D it's only a matter of time before we expect to be able to experience the same in our own homes. Today’s generation expect to experience 3D and with more than 30 3D films scheduled for release this year its easy to see why we are all keen to jump on the bandwagon.
